These cheese enchiladas from Trader Joe's were great for when I was craving Mexican food. I don't like beans so I was happy that Trader Joe's had enchiladas without beans. One package comes with two enchiladas in a rectangular container. I followed the microwave instructions and punctured the plastic with a fork & microwaved the package for 9 minutes.
The tortilla was soft and slightly chewy, and the overall taste was a very savory chile flavor with a little bit of tang. It also wasn't very spicy, but it tasted delicious.

these used to be really good but when they switch to the yellow wrapper they should have changed the name to Chile Paste Enchiladas because that’s the only thing that can be tasted now.
My husband and I love TJ’s cheese enchiladas! I heard they were changing the type of enchiladas they are going to carry. Nooooooo! Please don’t change them. They are great just the way they are. I’d order a case if I could.

Absolutely love the cheese enchiladas. The bottled enchilada sauce is very good also.
Yes I just tried these last night, 20 minutes in the oven added shredded cheese sour cream and green onion and oh my delish! One filled me up. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great flavor, will repurchase!
Are these still available ? Hav’nt been able to find them in your Santa Maria Ca. store. WE MISS THESE
