Bag of Gourmet Dining Chicken Stir Fry
Cooked Gourmet Dining Chicken Stir Fry

Gourmet Dining Chicken Stir Fry Packets I was looking for a frozen stir fry with noodles to cook, and I found this one at Fry's (Kroger).

The package came in three smaller packages of the noodles + vegetables, Teriyaki sauce, and chicken.

The instructions on the back of the package said to cook the stir fry for 7 minutes on a covered skillet, but I ended up cooking it for 2 minutes longer because I didn't have a cover and kept thinking the chicken might not be cooked enough... so it might have ended up overcooked a little bit.

The finished product still tasted pretty good for a frozen stir fry. The Teriyaki sauce was lightly sweetened and went perfectly with the vegetables and chicken, and the taste wasn't overbearing (or too minimal). The chicken was good and wasn't dry, but the vegetables ended up a little bit mushy (perhaps because I cooked it for longer than 7 minutes).

Box of Trader Joe's Organic Jasmine Rice
Trader Joe's Organic Jasmine Rice Cooked

I bought some Trader Joe's Jasmine Rice as a quick way to cook up some white rice.

The box comes with three frozen pouches of rice, and I followed the instructions on the box and microwaved one of the pouches for 3 minutes.

The rice isn't a sticky rice, and it wasn't mushy or hard and came out perfectly cooked. It was perfect as a side of rice for two people.

Bag of Johnsonville Fully-Cooked Mild Italian Sausage Slices
Johnsonville Fully-Cooked Mild Italian Sausage Slices

I tried some of the fully-cooked and frozen Johnsonville Mild Italian Sausage Slices as a quick way to eat some sausage without having to cook and slice sausages myself. Usually when I try to cook and slice sausages, it takes a long time, and I'm not able to slice them very well.

When I tried these sausage slices, they were easy to warm up in the microwave from frozen, and they tasted just like a regular cooked sausage. However, like most sausages, they were a little on the salty side. I ate the sausage slices by themselves, but they would probably be good to use in pasta or other recipes.

The sausage slices were a little bit spicy but not overly spicy. They also weren't mushy and didn't have any other weird texture. They were pretty good and were definitely a quick and easy way to eat some sausage!
